Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is the practice of other countries and organisations, specifically the UN and developed countries--- The practice is that any flight taking less than five hours, they use Economy Class. But in this country, we are not doing that. We are saying within the country, let nobody make a mistake; I am not talking about within Kenya. The farthest you can go from Nairobi is Mombasa or Kisumu, a journey that takes about 45 minutes. The point is that you can persevere in the Economy Class. If you are actually uncomfortable with Economy Class, upgrade yourself with your own, and not Kenyan taxpayers’ money."
