    "content": "Finally, I would like to ask Kenyans that if this House passes the resolution, they keep an eye on its implementation. This is because we are talking about Kenyan taxpayers’ money. If a State officer is travelling in Business Class, he or she is using your money as a taxpayer. If he or she is using that money, as a taxpayer, you need to ask who has given this person authority to use your money as a taxpayer in wasteful manner. I believe that it will be of benefit to many people in this country if other Members of Parliament come up with other measures that will help the Government cut down on costs and use the money saved for development. I believe that we will move in the right direction if that is done."
