    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. You have heard from hon. Gitari that the appointment of the so-called “Director-General of Lands” has been gazetted. Impunity must be hit at and hit at very hard. If the Cabinet Secretary purports to have done this as per the law and went ahead to gazette that appointment, clearly this is a matter that should be taken up by the Committee on Delegated Legislation right away, so that they can look at the legality of the appointment. In my view, this is clear impunity."
