    "content": "In the meantime, before the coming to force of the County Education Board, Section 101(2) of the Basic Education Act, 2013, provides for transition period while regulations in force prior to the repeal of the Education Cap.211 remain in force until new regulations are gazetted to guide on the nomination process or are revoked by rules and regulations made under this Act."
