    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, if we were to carry the amendment that is in the Bill, it would put the insurance sector in serious chaos. What this clause says is that anybody who lodges a claim against an insurance company, regardless of whether you have submitted all the required documents or not, will have to be paid within 90 days. So, we agreed to leave out the proposal contained in the Bill and go back to the original position, which is that you will be paid 90 days after submission of the relevant documents. So, we are going back to the original provision."
