I just wanted to comment on Clause 6(7) about the requirement of an auditor who will not comply with the requirement. I think we should also put a jail term. When one thinks of going to jail he or she will be careful. When they are doing all these transactions money is very easily stolen. When these auditors are dealing with insurance companies they are dealing with huge amounts of money. The penalty should not be that little. The penalty should be a one year jail term or Kshsh1 million fine or both, if they misappropriate money. Thank you."
