    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish also to record my appreciation to the Committee of Finance, Planning and Trade, of which I am a Member. I have realized that of late, most of the Bills which come with a lot of details are from our Committee. The other thing which I wish to state is that this Bill we have just passed is a very important Bill, because insurance is very important in this country as it gives people a lot of peace. The value which has been put into this Bill will ensure that we have very good insurance covers in this country. Thank you very much."
