Temporary Deputy Speaker, I support this Bill because I know it is going to take care of homes which sometimes get into problems because of the man realising that probably he has stayed with the wife for a long time. He realizes the wife is now old and maybe he wants to take “ mpango wa kando” . This Bill will address those situations.
