    "content": "If you look at Clause 12(3), you will find that it says that a spouse shall not during the subsistence of the marriage be evicted from the matrimonial home by or at the instance of the other spouse except by order of court. This is good but we need to take note that these days a number of wives or husbands have actually been killed because they live in the same house and yet they have disagreements. This is where you disagree in the way you want to do your things and you insist on staying in that house. One is killed by either being shot or being stabbed. We want to create a situation where people will be forced to live in the same house when they do not agree. That is why I agree with the clause that says that you cannot mortgage a house or matrimonial property. However, the idea of forcing people to live in the same compound or home when they are not agreeing could be an issue. We should think about the wording of that clause."
