    "content": "I would like to support my colleagues who have spoken before me on the law relating to marriage and matrimonial property. We have allowed a situation to exist in the country, where the law has remained very vague and hazy. Such law is a feature of constitutionalism. It is depictive of a country which really upholds the rule of law, and which is committed to legislate to make the law simple and clear on matters relating to governance of marriage and matrimonial property."
