Members, the petition dated 4th October, 2013 is addressed to the National Assembly and signed by a Mr. Riungu Nicholas Mugambi praying that Parliament fires the above mentioned members of the JSC as having contravened and violated the Constitution and be removed from office. Standing Order No.230 relates to petitions for removal of a member of a constitutional commission and would, therefore, apply in respect of this petition."
