    "content": "You will recall that those who raised concerns even claimed that some State officers are reported to have addressed the media on matters they were expected to answer before committees of the House – in fact casting aspersions or imputing improper motives on Members and committees of this House, and purporting to direct the House on how to run its committees and business in general. This is a matter touching on the execution of the oversight role of the National Assembly on one hand and the accountability, answerability and responsibility to this Assembly and its committees of all the members of the national Executive, heads of departments and agencies and, indeed, all State officers.
