    "content": "I would like to encourage continued dialogue with all the other State offices and organs on matters of mutual interest. This may include scheduling of committee hearings, timelines for reporting, implementation of resolutions, reports and legislations passed by the House. Indeed, as we all know the National Assembly approves the appointment of most State officers, including Cabinet Secretaries. Does it not follow, therefore, that the Secretaries would know that this same House retains the power of removing them from office for contempt, violation of the Constitution or any other written law, insubordination and lack of courtesy for the Assembly?"
