Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I wish to request a Statement from the Chairperson, Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security regarding rampant cases of insecurity along the border of Muhoroni and Tinderet sub-counties of the former Nyanza and Rift Valley provinces. Huge private farms have recently been taken by the neighbouring Nandi community members from the adjacent Tinderet Constituency.
