    "content": "Do they have the wherewithal? First of all, they will have to hear from them to find out whether or not what you are alleging is happening and then make a report. We may be requiring the Committee to do things that they may not have the authority to do. However, they can make a recommendation to this House to resolve to direct that deregistration should not happen. If our assumption is that the Committee is going to stop that then we are thinking differently; we are looking for the wrong solutions."
