    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the liquidation process takes one year and it will be May next year. The liquidator who has been appointed, Mr. Mwangi Maina, will have to draw up a list of all the members of Ulinzi SACCO. When we say that a SACCO is under liquidation, it means that it is no longer viable to exist. We only have 400 members and the earliest this exercise will be completed will be May, next year. Maybe the hon. Member could call for fundraising for this man so that he and others could assist him."
