    "content": "THAT, the following new schedule be inserted immediately after the proposed new clause 8- Consequential amendments to other Acts. 8. The Acts specified in the Schedule are amended in the manner specified in that Schedule. The import of the amendment which is being sought under Clause 8 is to allow for what we call the consequential amendments.
