My first responsibility is to ensure that those rules and procedures are upheld. Therefore, in as much as I have sympathy with the request, I cannot breach the rules. Therefore, I would want to hear from the Chairperson of the Committee, if he or she is present; as to what their position is and how soon they think they can come with the Report on the request, so that it can be appropriately deliberated upon.
