    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I think what you are doing is right because the Leader of the Majority Party needs to know the real concerns on the recruitment method. In Nairobi County, because IDs are asked for, we know you come from Kiambu, Muranga, Kakamega, or Kisumu and so, even if you are a Nairobi County voter and you reside in Nairobi, the recruitment is biased because you are told to go to your home counties. It is about time we are told whether or not we will ever be recognized as Nairobi County. Is it that if you are in Nairobi, but you happen to come from Garissa, then you must go back to Garissa for the recruitment? That matter needs to be made clear to us as Nairobi County."
