Speaker, concerning this particular Bill that has been brought before this House, I observe that one of the fundamentals of economic development in any economy is the extent to which the rule of law is entrenched or observed. The other one is the speed within which commercial disputes are resolved. This particular Bill actually brings the dispute resolution at one point and this will speed up commercial disputes which will enhance our economic development.
