You find somebody who would otherwise file a matter at the Rent Restriction Tribunal or the Business Premises Rent Tribunal and, if the tribunal is sitting in Mombasa, they go all the way to Mombasa to file those matters and to get the awards. So, the membership base of that Tribunal should be, at least, 20, which is the maximum, so that they can sit and look into matters of taxation, regulate and bring sanity to the tax regime. With those few remarks, I support the Bill."
