    "content": "The same clauses will curb rumour mongering; the biggest problem that we have is that anything that happens in the KRA offices becomes public information. Since there will be a penalty of Kshs100,000 or one year’s imprisonment, people will be disciplined. The whole Bill brings in the issue of people being disciplined and information being kept confidential. Something like this that goes on to enhance tax collection will enable us achieve economic objectives that every Government has promised us. This will also enable us to develop our country. This is because if we do not help our country by paying taxes, then the Government will be unable to purchase goods and services, and in return offer services that we require."
