    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, indeed, it is unfortunate if there are Fisheries Officers who are not paying the youth who have been given the work of constructing the ponds. As a Ministry, we disburse the funds. Before any officer engages the youth in constructing the ponds, normally the funds are in the account. Therefore, if there are any incidents where officers have not paid the youth who have constructed the ponds, I hope that the hon. Member will give us the details and we will deal with those officers accordingly."
