    "content": "Therefore, I am in total support of the amendments here, but I do know also that there is controversy about the members who are currently in the Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK). The passage of this amendment Bill as it is, would mean that overnight we would have no members of the CCK. I think what the Committee is suggesting is prudent, that an amendment be brought to the Floor of this House before this Bill is passed. This is because that kind of annihilation of a body that exists will really not serve the purpose the amendment is seeking.
