Deputy Speaker, I would like to join hands with my colleagues in stating that the Kenya Government has failed in its duties to ensure that the diplomat, having committed a crime, could not leave the country. Whereas we are told that they are still pursuing the issue of bringing back that criminal to face the judicial system, what happens to that family? Is the Government sympathetic enough to ensure that if there are children going to school, they are given bursaries or enabled to study freely because of the problem they are facing? This is a very unique problem and maybe the leadership of the area from where the family comes should also look into the matter."
