    "content": "wrong. The Ministry of Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 admitted that these figures were exaggerated. Then on what basis would you use such wrong figures to create new constituencies? The Constitution is very clear; it is saying, create the constituencies on basis of population quota and on basis of correct statistics, then you go ahead and use those figures to create new boundaries and new constituencies. It will be an injustice that must be corrected. I am raising this because it is part of what needs to be done in preparation for the new dispensation that everybody is waiting for.
