    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Bill. Issues of tax and taxation are extremely important to any economy, because that is how the country gets resources that become the engine of our growth. In the business of paying taxes and conforming to the timelines set, sometimes there are disagreements. This Bill seeks to smoothen out those areas. If the payers have the confidence that the law requires payment at a certain time and a certain amount, and if there is a dispute, it will be expeditiously, prudently and fairly looked into, they will have the motivation to pay on time, even if it is through self assessment, knowing that errors can be corrected."
