    "content": "The Bill has been put together in a very neat manner. The fact that it is not the last court of call is also good. This is because we also need to decongest. We need to decongest our courts so that instead of everybody going to court when they have an issue, we can have all of these other avenues of alternative dispute resolutions. We have for example seen the success of the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal which removed a lot of issues going to court. It is only those who are not satisfied with the outcome of this Tribunal who have to go to the High Court. I would like to encourage the Committee of which I am a Member to keep up the good job and to keep bringing us such nice pieces of legislation as we move towards establishing a safe and fair business environment for all Kenyans."
