    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support. Recently, we passed the Valued Added Tax Bill. We know that sometimes the law can be rough to the business community. This particular Bill we are discussing will really smoothen the rough edges of that VAT law by assisting those people who think they have been rubbed the wrong side. This Bill, if passed will enhance the running of business in this country and therefore, grow our economy."
