    "content": "The important thing here is provision of commensurate services which justify the collection of tax. When Members of the Public do not get these services, they need to have a place for redress. This is what I suggest is embellishment to this Bill. It should not just be for the business community but also the citizens who pay tax. Do they get the services?"
