    "content": "This Tribunal should have a wide range of concerns, which should be addressed so that there is value for money. We need to benchmark with countries that have very strong tax regimes, where citizens are happy to contribute as much as 50 per cent of their earnings, because they get services. We need to give feedback to the taxpayers; they need to know the contributions they make add value to the welfare of their society."
