"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to also address this issue which is actually a cancer in our country now. It is a fact and everybody knows that we are a country under siege. This has been confirmed by what happened the other day at the Westgate Mall in Westlands. I do not know what we have been doing all these years because the security situation is deteriorating day by day. You could go to any place in this country safely and return home when we were growing up but you cannot do that now.
