    "content": "In Nambale, for example, we had five robberies in one night in businessnesses in Taga Corner and Nambale trading centres. Nambale Trading Centre is probably 200 metres from the residence of the APs and barely a kilometre from the police base, which got a new vehicle just recently. There is need for certain performance standards to be imposed on our security agents, their response time and active audit programme where there are cases of this nature. It is completely unacceptable that this should continue unabated as it has happened. It is time that this country had a security summit to bring to account the big boys in the security chain. We are in a situation where insecurity depletes the GDP. We are not going to achieve what we want to achieve so long as we get these kinds of insecurity cases continuing."
