    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also have some few sentiments about the Motion. I thank the Mover for giving us this chance to talk about security in Kenya. Just as he has said, insecurity is not only in Samburu where he comes from. In Lurambi Constituency which I represent, we lost six people who were shot in various situations just in one week. This is because we do not have security. We have what we call “ nyumba kumi ” programme in the newspapers."
