    "content": "Hon Deputy Speaker, I understand that PSC employs staff of this Parliament. If at all it does so, it has totally failed in the supervision of the very staff that it employs. If you look at Parliament as we speak, from my background in the corporate world, it is a study in disorganisation. Take a look at what is happening in the Finance Department. You still find manual files moving from left, right and to the centre and disappearing at random. What we want is a total re-look and overhaul of the whole concept of PSC."
