    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I do not know if you heard the Leader of Majority Party calling the lady before the House, Nancy Barasa. I do not know if there is an issue with this “Barasa” name so that we can be informed as a House. This is the third Barasa and I think we are being very discriminative. So, even as we are going back as the Leader of Majority Party is proposing, perhaps, they may also come and advise the House adequately about it; including Barasa being summoned to the International Criminal Court (ICC)."
