    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I also rise to seek a Statement from the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I hereby request for a Statement from the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security concerning the narcotic drugs abuse investigations. Hon. Deputy Speaker, in 2010 a criminal complaint on narcotic drugs trafficking was presented by the former United States of America (USA) Ambassador to Kenya, Ambassador Michael Rannerberger and investigations were conducted by the then Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. A copy of the criminal complaint and provisional report on the investigations were subsequently tabled before the National Assembly on February 17th 2011 with the promise to table the final report once the investigations were completed.
