    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker, for allowing me to speak to this Motion. From the outset, I oppose this report in its entirety. I beg to be heard because the Committee has a report, which it has tabled before this House and it is the right of every Member to be heard. The Committee has dispensed mainly with its work and it is for the Members to interrogate the report. If one cannot be heard, then it means that, and I am saying this with humility, we are at risk of allowing dictatorship from the Committee. Members should be given a leeway to discuss and debate the report."
