The recommendation of the Committee is that fresh advertisement be carried out for the positions of chairperson and members of the TSC. The second one is that fresh selection panel be constituted. I want to speak to those two recommendations. The President nominated pursuant to Section 8 of the TSC Act. The mandate to nominate is of the President. The panel is set out and laid out by the law. We should look at the TSC Act and this is important because we also want to make a decision with the right materials. I believe we are saying that the process was flawed.
