    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that the Ministry of Water and Irrigation was not considered in the ESP, and I think it is so important that this is done. There will be no meaningful development in this country without putting more resources into water. The amount of time people spend looking for water for domestic use or livestock, the amount of money that the Government spends in importing food that we can grow in our own country is something that should make us wake up, as the Government. It should make us ensure that we put more resources into the water sector. I hope that we leaders in this august House, will do our work and push the Government to do that. I will do my part and you also need to do your part. I appreciate your sentiments and thoughts."
