    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to bring to the attention of this House, the provisions of Standing Order No.216(5)(a). The functions of Departmental Committees are to investigate, inquire into, report on all matters relating to their mandates and management activities, administration, operation and estimates of the assigned Ministries and departments. Another mandate of Departmental Committees is to study, asess and analyse the relative success of Ministries and departments."
