    "content": "The Committee on Education, Research and Technology, in which I sit, investigated the process. We inquired into the process and looked at the success of the Commission we want to form and felt, out of our observations, that the process was flawed. This issue is not about regions. It is not about counties. It is not about the President. I want to inform one of my colleagues, for whom I have a lot of respect; that this is not about the President. It is about a process that was flawed. As a Committee, we feel that we cannot allow these processes to be ignored in a country we want to improve."
