    "content": "The first argument by the Committee is that the procedure that was used was not the correct one. One may argue that maybe that is the correct position but the question is: Should that prejudice the candidates themselves? My argument is no. When you kill, it is you who is taken to the court. When you steal it is you who is taken to court but it is very unfair to visit that illegality on an innocent applicant. So, the point is these candidates did not commit any illegality. It is the panel which purportedly committed that illegality. It will be therefore unfair to visit that injustice upon the candidates themselves."
