    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. From the outset, I will support this Motion in its entirety. The whole process of interviewing, selection and bringing this list to this House has been mired in illegality. This House cannot attempt to sanitize an illegality. For that reason this House must rise to the occasion and adopt this report in its entirety. At the end of the day when all is said and done, we shall continue to ask ourselves who in particular sneaked the name of one William Makubo to the President’s desk. We have been told, and I agree with hon.
