    "content": "What is clear again from the report of this Committee is that the selection panel misled the President and we are not voting against the President by voting in support of this Motion. It is in support of the Committee’s recommendation that the selection panel has to be overhauled in its entirety because they clearly misled the Executive in arriving at this decision."
