    "content": "I have to bend a little. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to draw the attention of the House to Article 250(4) of the Constitution. I wish to read it as we draw towards the close. It says: “Appointments to commissions and independent offices shall take into account the national values mentioned in Article 10, and the principle that the composition of the commissions and offices, taken as a whole, shall reflect the regional and ethnic diversity of the people of Kenya.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
