    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Even though the House has remained with very few Members, I have a point of order following what has just transpired in the debate that we have just concluded. Members of Parliament enjoy a special privilege, especially for whatever we do in this House and the reports that are brought to this House. Even though we treated the matter which hon. S.W. Chege reported to this House lightly, I feel that this is going to set a precedent. I request the Chair to make a Statement when we next sit that matters of this House should be taken seriously. A Member of this House and a Chair of a Committee, or any Member of a Committee or any Member participating in the debate of this House should not be victimised in whatever way. The matter should not be trivialised."
