    "content": "was aged over 80 years. He had a wife of similar age who had equally been battered. He had lost a son not more than 12 months earlier in a similar way. After meeting the Sub-district Co-ordinator while I was driving to Kisumu to raise the issue with the Regional Co-ordinator, my vehicle was stopped on the way to Kisumu and my driver was badly battered for an alleged traffic offence. My driver suffered spinal injury and is at the ICU at Kenyatta National Hospital. I have a copy of the names of the officers who were involved and I also want to table the list for the record of this House."
