    "content": "Clause 14 seeks to amend Section 174 of the principal Act. Basically, this aligns this section with the new Constitution because of what the Chair said. There is a defined and a fundamental shift of the roles of the Attorney-General and the Director of Public Prosecution. So, Clause 14 is amending Section 174 of the principal Act. It is doing what the Chair very ably expounded on - to be in line with the Constitution."
