So, I wonder what sort of exclusions those companies come up with and who decides what exclusion is and what is not. As the Chairman said, when insurance company officials come to you, they seduce you but when you go to claim what is yours, they treat you like a pariah. Clause 4 of the Bill says that out of the amount of the paid up share capital, not less than one-third shall be owned by the citizens of East African partner states. That is a very good amendment. We want to make sure that the insurance trade and the insurance finance services sector in this country is indigenised and one that can improve. We do not want companies from South Africa and other places to come over here and run our insurance trade. They are welcome to be part and parcel of the business, but they should not decide the way our insurance business should be done."
